Tennessee Self Defense

At Tennessee Self Defense Academy, we serve Seymour, Maryville, teaching both kids and adults valuable skills through martial arts.
The martial arts we teach include Karate and Boei Shido (what we teach in our Adults Self-Defense Classes).
Our goal is to give you the best martial arts training in the area and provide a supportive community that can help you when you need help with martial arts or anything else.
